The young lady knwon as Raquel Smith.. who if found will be arrested, did not show up for
the case against top DJ Bounty Killer in the Resident Magistrate Court today. The fact that there is a warrant out for the arrest of Ms Smith, it means that the case against the dancehall music veteran could resume. Ms Smith according to a repoert wished to drop the charges against Bounty Killer and opted for mediation instead, however the
judge would have none of it and insisted that the matter goes to trial... and the result today means Bounty Killer walks free....
